Finally got some new word!

PEBLOs @ Cherry Point just got the JDETS in this morning. My case is now with the Disability Rating Officer (?), PEBLO said that means I was most likely found unfit and I should expect to sign findings in the next couple weeks.

If anyone has any further info on this stage please let me know, thanks!

Called 0402 yesterday, spoke to who I believe was a new receptionist and said she’d let them know to call me this morning. Prior to that, I also left a message with Mr. Carter @ ext. 0275 which is who actually called me back.

I wonder if the old assistant is gone, she was really nice. I feel horrible calling yesterday and wanting to call today again for new report lol

MY FINDINGS ARE IN!!!

Going to meet with my PEBLO right now. Will update soon.

Was *told* I was with the Disability Rating Officer exactly one week ago.

EDIT: I told MMSR-4 prior to them generating that I had just planned on taking the 20 days PTAD.

Don’t sell your leave. Instead take it and the PTAD so you get paychecks and BAH for another 2 months and if you add up the leave and ptad and backtrack from May 30 you get this week so you could in theory go on terminal leave in 2 weeks. Keep in mind it takes IPAC about 15 days to process your outbound interview and certify all of your documents for EAS.

Do you know if the VA finalizes your claim once you start terminal (and upload DD214), or is it once you EAS and officially retire?
