Severance Pay timeline

Hi all, I recently started terminal leave from the Army and am officially separating on May 30. My question is for those who have received their severance recently, how long from separation did you receive it? As well as your final check?

Most are getting their pay on the day after their leave ends to a few days or week later.

Wipperwill glad things moved along for you. How long did it take you to get orders here at Gordon?

I got the ombudsman involved and received orders 2 days later, and set my terminal to start 2 weeks later. My peblo was terrible and I ran into a huge shitshow that I had to get my BC involved with, but the ombudsman finally got it settled and quickly. I can't recommend them enough if you hit a snag and the PEBLO doesn't help. Was told by my ombudsman my paperwork disappeared for 5 weeks and once she called the PEB it all suddenly came up in their system.
 
And sorry for not being involved in this forum since, I got really busy out processing and starting new employment. All in all the process took about 8 months

I have signed my 199, just waiting to hit TRANSPOC.
