severance tax

Ive searched the forum and alot of different answers so I'll repost. I am being separated with severance, my DD214 is coded as JEA, combat related (enhanced). So will my severance be taxed and if so whats the percentage?

If you unfit condition is combat related then NO your severance pay will not be taxed.
