So, for the past 3 weeks I have been sick af. I've been having upper left abdominal pain/pain in my back in the same area...I have a ping pong ball sized lump in my left upper abdominal area...sharp pain in LOWER abdomen...can only eat small amounts of food before my stomach hurts and starts to feel full...low grade fever...weakness...feel like i'm going to faint when I stand too long or if I'm too active...mental haze...pain in abdomen with diarrhea...pain in right upper abdomen over the past 4 days...and I've lost 5 lbs so far (which is a plus I guess lol)

In conclusion, I feel like shit. lol

The main reason I haven't gone to the ER yet is that we are severely undermanned at work and I'm already screwing my shop's work schedule up because of all of my C&P appts. (Which is my NCOIC's fault for letting too many people go on leave and putting too many people through different training classes) If I end up on quarters, we will have 0 manning coverage for however long I'm on quarters. I know my health is important and all, but I don't wanna feel my leadership's wrath especially when I'm gonna be getting out soon. I don't wanna rock the boat by messing up manning. They're extremely vindictive when it comes to troops having medical issues, which is unethical and sad, I know. But it's the reality of the situation. smh

I figure if I wait it out a couple more days, they'll find whatever's wrong during all of the labs and tests during my C&P exam, right? It's in 2 more days.

What's the best route to take?

(P.S. I put it in this thread because I think it's my pancreas lol...IDK)

I have always told my people if they dont feel right go get checked out. No one knows your body better than you. Your supervisor will figure out how to cover manning thats their job even if they have to pick up the slack for you. Go to the ER it could be serious
