I am currently rated at 70% disabily and am paid at a rate of 50% due to the way the VA does the math however my conditions are gradually getting worse. I was also just diagnosed with depression as a secondary condition to my previous injuries and was prescribed medication and have more cousling sessions coming up. Should I have my PVA rep go ahead and file an appeal for me now or should I wait a few more months?
Should I re-submit my claim??

You will likely have to file a new VA claim for this secondary condition if you have already received a rating determination and the appeal deadlines have passed. I would rather go through a new appeal process than risk compromising an existing rating. I would file now if you have the documentation to show service connection and begin the tedious journey.
