It is most commonly caused by rheumatoid arthritis, and so is rated under code 5099-5002, rheumatoid arthritis. It can, however, be rated on symptoms it causes in the eyes or throat if these symptoms are fairly severe.
If you have any other Auto-Immune conditions, it may get bundled together since a lot of the symptoms overlap. For example, my Lupus, Sjogren's, and Raynaud's were all bundled together.
