So I went to Travis AFB for the third time to try and get my Civil Service retiree card and 100% DAV card. Turns out, as of 2 September 2014 I was reenlisted into the CAARNG... how did that happen without my signature? I was at JFHQ in December 2014 trying to get my civil service ID when my status was still terminated so I know I was out of SIDPERS coding so... What happened? Can they do that? The Airman worked with my old boss and closed out that record to add my 100% DAV category so I got at least one card... now I need to go through hell to get my SF52 so I can get that card... anyone else experience anything like this?
 
That is a perplexing situation, were you reenlisted or did they extend your current enlistment? Have you looked online for your reenlistment contract?

I know I can see my records on the HRC portal for Army Reserves
 
I've seen people pulled back into the system for AWOL issues without a contract, but not until they're back under military control. Even an extension requires your signature, and everything requires a commander to approve/sign, so I doubt its a new contract issue. RETAIN is the system of record for any ETS transaction, a Career Counselor can look and see immediately what caused an ETS to be changed.
 
CAARNG put me into the IRR upon my 2015 ETS despite having completed my obligation in 2003. They literally cannot do anything right.
 
No, I was not AWOL and I was separated and cleared out of the system. This issue had to have occurred AFTER March when I tried getting my civil service retiree ID... well after the time SIDPERS would have closed out my record. This was a new enlistment record in DEERS with all of my other records cleared and even SIDPERS showed me active... but no contract could be found... because I never signed one. They sent my separation order to DEERS and are looking into it now... supposedly... but I do know there are AWOL letters... check my other folder on facebook and somebody sent 5 collection letters, 4 AWOL letters, and VA medication back to sender so... this happened sometime... in June when my case was sent back to them on remand...
 
Maybe those sneaky fucks reenlisted you, they started doing AWOL letters to try to chapter you out.

What CA NG unit was this and who was the Unit Admin?
 
115th RSG... guess they didn't think I would get a 100% DAV ID card at Travis since I was banned from JFHQ... part of my email barrage to the media and DC. I guess the people upstairs are scared of reporters since the last bunch caused a lot of people to lose their jobs and retirement... because Ms. Fatty SFC M&M Jaffe misappropriated and embezzled millions.

A big part of what I do is "issue spot" (a term lawyers use to describe part of the analysis of any case). I would be very curious not only as to the effective date of your "reenlistment," but, more so, I would be interested in the date this action was taken (that is, whether it was a recent action that was retroactively applied, or whether the actual action occurred on 2 SEPT 2014).

Does that date (or the day before) have any significance in your case?

Ideally, you will be able to get a copy of your OMPF or your "local file" (wherever that may be maintained) and get some source documents that may shed further light on this situation.
 
I was separated on 1 September 2014... so the day prior does have significance and something happened in June to re-add me... waiting for definitive answers but June and the remand seem to be where this issue occurred. I was not in the IRR so they legally cannot recall me without me signing a contract to come back in and with an RE-3... requires a waiver. None of that is in my file... used my DS log in to check HRC.
