Hope you guys get better luck than my wife. She applied and has a horrible case manager that doesn't know anything about the military or wounded warriors. She has been sitting on paperwork for months. Also, she said my wife is still working so she shouldn't qualify because she can't comprehend getting paid while not working... Attorney is looking at options. My wife may need to get some congressional help. Her application should be faster than others but it has been the opposite.
Include whatever you you want such as your NMA, but SS is gonna want ALL of your records. They won’t jait only look at the ones you cherry pick but those types of statements do help.

Thanks for the response. I've sent them all of the records I have; Those examples were just a few things that stuck out to me.
I may have jumped the gun filling out and dropping off the SSA-3369 work history report and the SSA-3373 function report. I just received a package today and it only requested the SSA 821 Work Activity Report and SSA 827 Authorization to Disclose Information (signed in ink, the e-signed one from application is often not accepted by providers). I'm guessing the SSA 821 was needed because their records indicated I've been employed since my onset date as it was prefilled with earnings from W2 information. Seems like they'll use this form to verify that I'm not working while employed on active duty as well as reach out to my supervisor.
Anyhow, I'm hoping the extra information helps rather than hurts my claim. They'll probably ask for the other forms eventually anyways.
You guys probably know this, just giving the play by play for others who might want to know.
