hopefully all works out for you. My ebenefits changed to historical claims and decision notification sent on 4 November but I still have not heard anything about my ratings as of yet. I am overseas as well but it almost seems as the USAPDA stopped working for the holidays.

did you have your peblo check the their status system? he had to log into it and everything
Both PEBLO's have checked daily. (OCONUS and CONUS). There is a huge backlog at the PEB and documentation is being completed with incorrect data (i.e. social security numbers). I even asked for them to speed the process up (Asked the PEB) since I have a start date for a job in early January.
Nice congrats. I am still waiting on my DA Form 199 with my ratings. I spoke with the PEBLO yesterday and there is still no update besides the 199 is waiting on the PEB President signature.
