Hey there! I'm an active duty AGR Soldier In the Reserves. On Feb the 10th my P3 Profile was generated by my active duty military provider and he referred me to the MEB. I still haven't heard anything from a PEBLO which concerns me because it seems as though everyone else has by now. Is this cause for concern? I also happen to be an HR SGT so I have access to medical systems which verify the MEB status. I contacted my Doc about a week and a half after my appointment with him to find out when I should expect to hear something and his response was "be patient". I called my career manager at HRC and he also told me to hang tight and that I would hear something eventually.

Oddly, someone did contact me from HRC a couple weeks ago indicating they had been assigned to update my retirement points. Do you think this is related?

Has anyone else had to wait 6+ weeks for the first contact from their PEBLO?

6+ weeks is a long time to be waiting for your PEBLO to contact you. It took a few days from when my P3 was pushed til I got my first call. Not sure where you are located, but maybe you can make contact with the PEBLOs office. Maybe that will break some skin and get things flowing.
 
Waffles, I am Guard not Reserve, but in my case I received my P3 Profile 6 Apr 2016 and did not here from my PEBLO until 19 Sept 2016. I was told by the State Surgeon that my case would be forwarded to the MED Board in early MAY, but I am unsure of when it actually went up.
 
Bigsink: Your feedback is consistent with what I had anticipated given what I have seen on others' timelines. I took your advice earlier today and tried to contact the PEBLOS contact numbers and could not reach anyone. Perhaps they were off work today due to winter storm Stella. I think I am going to try to contact them again on Monday. Hopefully I didn't somehow fall through the cracks. :/ I really appreciate your feedback - thanks for taking the time!

Darkfeather: Did you try to contact anyone during that ridiculously long wait? I know that the Guard does do things slightly different than the Reserves (I was in the Guard once upon a time) but that seems like an unacceptable amount of time to wait for the PEBLO to contact you. How has your process gone since?
