Still no communication from appointed attorney

I received my briefs a few weeks ago and had a meeting with the attorney over three weeks ago. For the past two weeks, I've been trying to get in touch with the attorney’s office but haven't heard back. Additionally, the attorney has yet to sign the paperwork from my original brief.

At what point should I be concerned? I understand they have a heavy caseload, and I'm early in the process, but I want to ensure everything is progressing smoothly.

If I hire an attorney, what work do they normally perform, as I am told by an attorney on the forum, they cannot participate directly in this situation.

Attorneys have many cases. Talk to his/her legal assistant. They can update you on your case.

That's primarily who I've been calling and emailing. I've also included the two attorneys in the emails and have attempted to reach out directly to the attorney who handled my legal brief. Once I receive the NARSUM back, are they required to review that with me?

Yes but you typically won't speak with the attorney until after you have the claims you want to make with your msc (only your paralegal for now) which even then it's odd that your attorney hasn't communicated with you try contacting your case manager mine helped the most when i had this issue
