I've been waiting for my percentages for a month; called my Peblo yesterday and he said the system is still down. On my MEB tracker it shows my % have been up since November 9th. How many of you are also waiting on the % because of this situation?

waiting on the 199 system down so yep no update (Unfit Memo Oct 21 Va proposed rating completed NOV 25 )
Nov 28th completed. Still waiting.
Completed 17Nov for me I got my proposed ratings faxed. Still nothing not one damn word from my peblo god forbid I call her it ruins her day. And just continues to tell me this process takes 120 days were good..no not good. I want to sign my paperwork and be done and gone. Jobs arent gonna wait.
Yes I agreee same here Peblo acts like its a burden to talk to me and always knows nothing - got my ratings from VA faxed as well after Peblo said she dont know them -- ready to sign and move on (Jobs House everything lined up and yet nothing moving forward )
That system switch is a real pain. I heard it went down and could take 10 days. I could be wrong..hopefully I am
They cant just rest on that, they have to find a way to process paperwork saying system switch cause still stand for over 30 days is ridiculous they get paid they should work this only creates tremendous amount of backlog
I mean they don't have to find a way. It sucks that we as humans rely so heavily on technology. What are they supposed to do? Mail everything? Just sending and receiving would take a good minute. Probably longer than these next 10 days if it is down
I mean ive another 2-3 months wont hurt
They can use the old system to process
and who is to guarantee that its fixed in 10 days could be another 10 and another 10 just saying after plan A fails plan B should be in use. Some of us have children made arrangement for separating have Jobs lined up that dont wait have double mortgages to pay etc .. I think at this point if things would be mailed its even faster -- We shall see after 10 days
Only certain aspects of the system are down. We just uploaded my 199 today. I think 1 or 2 things are down

Had them send it to 3 different fax numbers today. Nothing...
I am not sure which region I fall under. My Peb Packet was sent to Joint Base San Antonio.
I guess I would be in the East coast region in TN. Only reason I asked is I read that they started the new E-MEB in Europe then east coast then central then west. If it held up in East then the others would fall right in with no issues. But as with all new software there is always issues at start up.
Im in Europe. If i was someone who had a bad peblo i would go higher. Inform their boss that the peblo is not doing their job.
