Taking so long

Can anyone tell me why my case hasn't been sent to the PEB and its been 3 months?

Could be one (or a combination of) many different factors. Your best bet is to contact your PEBLO and ask him/her where the package is. If you get nowhere with them, bring your supervisor or commander into the picture.

have you done your C&P exam? Narsum complete? Narsum routing (MEB)? Commanders letter complete? these are a few need for your package to move forward. Are you waiting on any surgeries or treatments? that could also.

Everything is complete, but I am going to for Speech and Occ Therapy.

Does any one knows how long until they give me a new EAS, my PEB package made it back to HQMC and I'm getting medically retired. I signed it last month then I had 28 days of leave now I have 30.5, I've been calling HQMC but they are getting sick of talking to me. They don't understand, if it was them they would want to know.
