TDRL and Delayed Orders

Has anyone experienced a longer wait time for retirement orders because of TDRL?

I'm sure the COVID-19 situation and my duty station are important factors in the timeliness of completing this step, but I would like some clarity and reassurance on what 'normal' looks like. I signed my 199 on 21 April.

Hi there! I think my wait time has been pretty long too. My retirement message came out on 02 April and I still have not received orders yet. I think the wait has more to do with my command than with Millington though.
