TDRL Messages

Does anyone happen to know anything about how often TDRL messages are released? It seems that PDRL messages come out more frequently than TDRL messages? I have already spoken to Jeff and he just gave me the standard wait timeline of 2-5 weeks. I signed finding 19MAR2025. Some folks are getting their messages now who signed the same week but for PDRL.

Was that 2-5 weeks for the message or for orders to generate?
 
Not recently. I got ahold of him once when my case was still at PEB. This was 1 out of about 20 attempts.

I Think the end of the month like 30th or 1st of the next month from what iv seen on here.

Oh man that feels like forever with how long this process has already been. Fingers crossed for earlier but that’s a good baseline for expectations.
 
I managed to get ahold of Mr. Jeff. He said my case was being closed out today and then my INDEX would be sent over after? Does my INDEX go over right away or is there another waiting period afterwards?
 
Can somebody please ELI5 what the "index" means? I've read other posts that mention it, but I'm still not understanding what it is or what it does.

Basically when PERS receives your index it means that they got a message from PEB saying that you are unfit for service and states if you are PDRL or TDRL or separating then PERS will update your EOAS and send it to your command.

I have been trying to call Mr. Jeff everyday for the past week. I just want to know what the backlog size is and the estimated time currently.
 
My command finally got my message 6 weeks later final day of service May 16th and I got on terminal the 24th of April
