TDRL orders from PERS

Good Afternoon,

I received and signed my TDRL results May 1, called PERS at the suggestion of my Chief to find why I didn’t have orders last Wednesday. After the run around, got told my case was being brought to a supervisor because I should’ve had my orders by last Tuesday based on date arrived from PEB, and I should have them by today. I still do not have them, but was told they would come through command traffic. After multiple searches and calls, someone at Med Boards told me that everyone they have dealt with that’s Navy gets them sent directly to them. So, who do the orders go to?
 
Awesome. Thanks. My CCC was concerned after that and wasn’t sure he was looking in the right place since I’m still green side and they never deal with this

This may be a dumb question, but what is the number to PERS? My Chief suggested I call, but didn't provide a number.
 
What part in the process are you looking for with it so I can direct you to the right place to get the number. If you’ve signed and are waiting, first ask your Peblo for the PEB number, call and ask if it was forwarded to PERS. If it’s been more than a week, you should have your notice of TDRL appointment in TWMS. I signed May 1, my message was sent May 10, but no one could see it until I went to my Safe Harbor coordinator a month after signing saying I still didn’t have orders. This message was directed to PERS on May 10, but PERS said in June they were still waiting on it so I had to send it to them to get my DD 214 and orders. Took 3 days for both after they got the message

How long did it take you to finally receive orders after reviewing TDRL message? I’m a month in to waiting on orders.. and still have nothing. After the message, my command requested 1 March for my terminal leave to start and that’s in just a few days and I still have no orders. What number did you call?
