All,
So, my IDES LOD from 2010 and reoccurrence in 2015, is complete and I have a DOD 60% rating and retirement orders effective 31DEC18. I am Air National Guard and in drill status since coming off MEDCON orders in JUL2012. Today (19DEC18) I get the email listed below. Not sure what it means other than the obvious. Does anyone have a clue to how I would get a DD-214 since I have PDRL orders? Ron P
Message from the TFSC ( I assume is Total Force Service Center?)
In order to be eligible for a retirement DD 214 the member must serve on Active Duty for 90 or more continuous days leading up to the retirement date. Our office has reviewed the member's point credit summary and the member was not on Active Duty for 90 or more continuous days leading up to the retirement date, therefore the member is not eligible to receive a retirement DD 214. If this information is incorrect please attach a copy of the official orders and a copy of the LES for the points to be corrected and the DD 214 to be accomplished. If you need further assistance, please contact us.
Thank you,
