Previous info would say roughly 180 days. Here is a pdf showing that timeline and each step/section. Be mindful that the time can go longer or be shorter depending on appeals or lack of appeals. Additionally there is a thread titled "Tracking Timelines for sanity..." that has a ton of data on the IDES process showing current and real time timelines. Once your case comes back from AFPC, that is where there desired 180 day timeline starts.
I agree, I meant my actual post on this thread, not my timeline. Looking at the numbers I pooled on this site from what I believed to be active duty Air Force, timelines moved much faster than I originally thought.

I’m new to all of this but I’m at Moody AFB and have a strange timeline 15JAN26: Code 37 on profile after 4th surgery 16MAR26:NARSUM completed by BH & PCM,CIS (Do Not Retain), PEBLO office sent me diagnostic sheet (completed and signed)
*No one knows who initiated my MEB and NARSUM was completed before sending it up however I was told everything is sent up to AFPC by today or Monday.*
