Bit confused on the timeline between receiving VA proposed ratings and getting official DOD Findings package. I was told 30-45 days to receive DoD findings back in which I would have to go sit down, review and sign them. What is the timeline people are experiencing for this? I am past 30 days, does it usually stretch to the 45 day mark?
Im at about the same timeline as you, how did you get the VA to fax your proposed ratings? ive been trying and they keep saying ill get a letter in the mail first.
Wait ten days. Call them up, tell them you want them to fax the proposed ratings on your historical claim.
Don't really give them and option, make it sound like more of a demand than you are asking them to do you a favor. Some reps won't send them, other will. May take a couple phone calls.

My case has been going on for about a year now and the VA forwarded my findings to the PEBLO in AUGUST! It's November now and I still haven't recieved anything from anyone. They said it'd be about 45 days from VA to DOD and it's been SIX MONTHS for me. I'm seriously losing my mind and can't begin to imagine how you may also feel. I called the attornies and they told me that if I don't recieve anything by month's end that they were personally going to find out what's up. My question is... If I'm so overdue on my findings, why not call now?!?! Sigh... back burner until after the holidays I guess.
@Trish Nelson I will go to your peblo office and talk to the supervisor to see if they might be able to help you out. Specially since they have your rating already. Are you Army?
