Here's a rundown of my timeline

2015
Nov 23 - DAWG starts
***The holidays elongated this part of the process***
***So I won't go into detail on these dates***

2016
Jan 15 - DAWG findings sent to AFPC
Jan 19 - AFPC directs full MEB
Jan 22 - Meeting with VA's MSC
Feb 15 & 25 - C&P Exams
Mar 8 - Form 618 signed & sent to AFPC
Mar 15 - VA receives unfit memo from AFPC
Apr 11 - TAPs starts; VA finishes claim and sends it back to AFPC

Today I saw my second/duplicate claim get pushed into historical claims. From what I've seen here, I assume that they're done and sending it to AFPC. I meant to call Providence, but I started TAPs today and didn't have time.

I'm assuming I should hear from AFPC soon with the final rating? Within the next week or so?
 
My claim was finished on 25 MAR and I still haven't heard anything from AFPC so it may take a while to hear back :(
 
I sure hope it doesn't take that long!

I didn't think they were allowed to take that much time? I thought based on the IDES that they had up to 15 days at the IPEB level? That strikes me as odd, but then again, I think the IDES is more of a "guideline" rather than hard dates...

It definitely more of a guideline for them. You will be held to the timeline guidance but unfortunately they are not.
 
AFPC took about 3 weeks for the proposed ratings, etc., and another 3 weeks until my orders came down.
 
UPDATE

Ratings just came in today. 30% DoD, 40% VA!!! Full medical retirement!!!
 
Desperado what was your condition if you don't mind?
 
Sorry! Should have mentioned that sooner.
My unfitting conditions are Lumbago caused my degeneration of lumbar disks and Sciatica.
 
UPDATE

Orders dropped today! Only took 3 days. DOS is 27 June, and I start Peermissive/Terminal on May 10th! I can see the light!!!
