Developed exertional rhabdomyolysis 3 times over the past 2 years, required hospitalization 2x.

MEB acceptance: 3 MAR 2023
PEBLO initial brief: 3 MAR 2023
MSC initial brief/claim development: 14 MAR 2023
C&P exams: 27 MAR - 20 APR 2023
NARSUM received/ Packet forwarded to PEB: 10 MAY 2023
PEB found unfit: 16 MAY 2023
Proposed ratings: 60%, Case closed on VA.gov 26 MAY 2023


I called my PEBLO earlier today (26 JUN 2023) to see when I would be able to sign everything and get my orders. They told me that "The PEB system status for your case - Pending Dod review completion." Can anyone give me insight into how much longer I should expect to be waiting before I receive my DA 199?
 
I’m also interested in your insight question. I was told by my PEBLO yesterday that the the IPEB found me Unfit on 26 June 2023. I submitted a “Expedite MFR” due to a job offer start date and according to my PEBLO I “should have VA rating back within a couple days, then DA199 soon after”. I’m so ready to wrap this up.
 
Hey, I just got my findings back, my PEBLO is gonna go everything in an hour. Hopefully yours comes in soon, ik it’s been a long time coming for me lol
 
I got my DA199 back last week. It took the DOD side 6 days (including weekend). 60% DOD, 100% VA P&T! Transpoc got back within 3 days with my NLT date. Waiting on orders from my transition office, should have orders early next week. Hope yours comes out favorable!
 
Haha I am not, just got word my orders are in, they set my final out appt to JUL 31 . Gonna be rushing around the next 2 weeks for sure
