My case was sent to PEB Jan 27, 23 I was notified I will have my VA finding 1 to 3 weeks and that was on the April 18th. That being said I am two weeks in front of you. So you should have your findings in 3 to 5 weeks. The VA guy told me that they were backed up with medboards because the Navy sent them 2000 cases at one time in January. My guess is they were trying to hurry up and get cases sent before the transition to MHS genesis.

I talked to a guy from Rhode Island From VA he called me and told me. And only how he called me personally is becuase I made a complaint to the White House. But who know everybody case is deferent I am on medboard for ptsd and mdd
I'm medboard for the same, plus back pain just hope it comes soon! Tired if waiting, after it comes back I assume it'll move much quicker
He also gave me his personal office number to check in on my claims in two weeks.

My case was sent to PEB 09MAR23. Found unfit shortly after. Every time I call the VA they say that mine got sent to DRAS on the 9th of MAR as well. I have an Adjudicator as well but past that no one can tell me an actual time line.

You should be out the military July or August that’s pretty good. You have a good peblo a good msc and a responsive command for you MA. My medboard was a shit show. No communication at all with each otherPhewww haha
I would say you were found unfit 3 weeks after sent to PEB. My case was sent to PEB Jan 27 I called the VA they said they received unfit notification. Call Vera and set appointment there more senior knowledgable people at the VA then just calling the 1800 number but sometimes that’s a hit or missMy case was sent to PEB 09MAR23.
