11/14/2022- Date of Injury, received LOD
09/22/2023–Referred for MEB, low back pain, radiculopathy, info put into LIMDU SMART
10/05/23–PEBLO Meeting.
10/06/23- Attorney Meeting
10/31/23-MSC Brief/Optum Serve contacted
11/20/23- First VA appointment
02/15/2024- Last VA appointment.
They took forever because providers kept canceling appointments and extended my time, especially during holidays.
2/22/24- All EXAMS uploaded on TOL
03/06/24- VA exams get to rater officially on the VA website.
03/14/24- NARSUM signed
04/19/24- First VA ratings for referred conditions: some conditions are still DEFERRED and pending for clarification.
05/15/24- Initial Findings brief with PEBLO (never received a PEB notification on MOL) 60% VA / 50% DOD
5/16/24- LEGAL Counsel
5/16/24- Signed EOO for Informal Board and requested an FPEB
09/24/24- FPEB Date (then canceled and submitted a VARR)
10/08/24 VARR Submitted
10/28/24- VA was done with VARR and had favorable findings.
11/4/24- Final PEB Findings, 50% DOD /80% VA. Combat Related / PDRL
