Hey I have a similar unfit date as you. 09Nov22. I was told yesterday by the VA that my package has not even been assigned to a rated yet. Have you gotten any update. Also sorry to just jump in on the convo. I’ve been reading and not posting for a while.
That likely means you were “unofficially” found unfit. They don’t give official word to the PEBLO’s until the VA finishes its portion
There is a known backlog at the VA. It's not normal, they had some problems and have addressed them, but it's going to take a while to catch up. No estimated timeline that I have heard.
My peblo told me last week ratings are 6-8 weeks right now.
Definitely longer than that…

9 weeks and no rater?!? There’s no way that’s possible! I’m angry for you. I was told within a week from my MSC that I was assigned a rater.
Gotcha. Thanks for clarification. Every timeline I’ve been given has been surpassed greatly so I was getting worried there was something wrong.
I’m at 10 and some change now and still no word.. I was reassured multiple times no more than 8 weeks yet here we are..

They're advertising >90 days and counting.
who did you call to find this out?
Just the regular VA hotline. VERA was able to tell me it was actually in work by the VA IDES rater.
