Just wanted to post this if anyone was wondering what a recent timeline is looking like.
Currently stressing cause idk if I should move my family back home in December or wait for more info

My current timeline:
July 31: Referred to MEB
Aug 1- Legal Brief
Aug 7- Attorney Meeting
Aug 8-First meeting with PEBLO, NMA submitted by my command
Aug 12- MSC Appt
Aug 13- QTC call & Appts scheduled
Aug 19-22nd: VA Exams
Sept 3- All VA exams posted on TOL
Sept 10- PEBLO receives all VA Exams,Legal Review scheduled
Sept 12- Appt with attorney to review MEB
Sept 13- MEB complete & sent to PEB, given a 2-3 month estimate
Sept 17- Case accepted for action by PEB on MOL
My case is currently with the VA, hasn’t been assigned a rater. With how recent PEB timelines have looked, I’m anticipating (and really hoping) to be on terminal sometime in December. I’m USMC on the East Coast. Did your attorney or PEBLO give you an estimated time frame?

I just got off phone with my peblo. She said should prolly start looking to move my family back in December as I could be out anywhere from December to February. She said it's really gonna depend on how long the va takes as the peb itself is moving really fast. How recent did you talk to the va cause my va stuff already has a rating team?

Nice! me and you have a very similar timeline and projected timeline. I was also told to expect an EAS anywhere from December- Feb as well. I spoke to Jeff last week and he said the VA has been taking 30-35 days for ratings before returning to PEB. I just called the VA this morning and they said I have been assigned a rating team

My case timeline is:
August 7th: Assigned to MEB
August 14th: Assigned to QTC
August 16th: All Appointments schedules
- appointments, appointments, appointments...
September 28th: All appointments done (There were about 27 of them so you can anticipate if you're on top of it to have them done sooner unless you have more issues than me in which case god help you)
October 7th: All VA results are in
October 18th: Case sent to PEB (Took a little longer than usual to send to PEB just because of the quantity of issues and my PEBLO not talking to me to let me know about some stuff I needed to do)
October 22nd: Case accepted by PEB
Today, October 29th, just hanging out. Like others have said, I was given the 2-3 month estimate.
Hoping that it's on the front end of the estimate and I'll have it in December-ish. But who knows.

My peb was accepted the same day as yours according to mol so I think we're gonna be getting our answers right around the same time as eachother. Hope all goes well for you.

Anyone have any updates? The VA keeps going back and forth on whether I have a rater/ rating team assigned so I don’t really trust them anymore. But after calling a bunch today I did have two reps confirm there was some movement and it’s being worked on as of today. I also spoke to my attorney yesterday and she said based on previous recent cases i should be expecting findings any day now since I hit two months in the PEB phase yesterday.

I called the va twice in total. Both times they confirmed my case had a rater assigned. I'm choosing not call them because I can't control what they do and I don't want to puss them off lol. Sorry I can't be much of help

Mine was at the PEB for 2 months and 9 days before they completed it on the VA app. They seem to be putting people’s ratings out pretty consistently. I’d say you get them soon. I still have not signed yet though.

Yes, hopefully we should get ours around the same time. Let me know if yours comes in!

Yeah, I'm in the same boat... I'm actually taking everything to my parent's place until I get to leave here. Leaving myself a suitcase and my backpack and that's it.

Have you started applying to jobs yet? I've gotten pretty good luck with call backs but most places are either telling me to reapply when I'm out or giving me "I'll offer you a job but not formally until you are out"

Honestly, I intend to take a pretty good break from working after I get out, so I finally get a chance to properly focus on getting my body to function as intended. However, in my experience trying to secure a job can be difficult especially if you aren't dealing with prior military or personal connections in the workplace. I'd say if you're needing to grab a job right off the bat as you get out, just keep trying. It's not super uncommon for places to be okay with "holding" your position until you arrive, and you can include the fact that you will be given roughly 30-45 days' notice before you can start once you do get your results. So that you won't just appear one day and "I'm ready to work!". Aside from that, I recommend checking out some city government jobs, if possible, they tend to be pretty flexible depending on what kind of city you are trying to move to. You could also reach out to some of these organizations for helping disabled vets, DAV is one of the big ones, and they might be able to help you further.

Just a little update.

My case is in preparation for decision (not to sure what that means). My MSC called me told me I was found unfit october 23rd and has been with the rating team since. Not to sure when to expect any movement but I hope things move before the holidays.

I know everyone says to advocate for yourself but I think once it gets to the va there isn't much you can do besides call the va number and ask for updates. My peblo and msc both are pretty good about letting me know about any updates on their trackers. Unfortunately we're just in the waiting game
