Sounds good! Good luck on the appeal. How many claims did you haveJust called the VA and they proposed 90% so I'm going to have to go the appeal route
I think it was 25Sounds good! Good luck on the appeal. How many claims did you have
Yeah I had a heart attack after I filed my claims and they wouldn't let me add it in until I got out. So once that gets added it definitely will go up.Must have given you a lot of 0% then. Which lets you increase those later on atleast
I called VERA yesterday and they said I could expect to get my proposed rating at the end of this month. as my package has been with them since the end of September. They said right now the average claim for the Air Force in IDES is taking about 2 months from submission from the MSC to the VA for rating. How many different claims did you have. I submitted 32 claims. I also got MYFSS notification on the 20th, so I am only a couple days later then you. I was trying to figure out how long we are going to have to wait for fit/unfit decision and DOD/VA ratings.

They told me 1-4 months. 1-2 for the fit/unfit & DoD rating and 2-3 for the VA ratings.
I tried calling to get my proposed rating and the guy wouldn’t say. Got any suggestions on how exactly to ask or is it just luck of the draw with each VA rep you get on the phone?Just called the VA and they proposed 90% so I'm going to have to go the appeal route

Yes got my orders. I've got about 2 weeks to outprocess. I got a little extra time because of my boss/the holidays. They were actually in my Vector a couple days before I got a notice from PRDA so you might want to check there first.Have you received your orders yet? I sent my stuff up the same day for orders and still waiting.

How did you figure out your final out/leave date? I have a form titled *TDRLENTRY RETIREMENT FROM ACTIVE SERVICE FOR PHYSICAL DISABILITY / PLACEMENT ON THE TEMPORARY DISABILITY RETIRED LIST and was told by someone that those are my orders. Is that what yours were labeled?Updates:

~22 Dec 2022: Received retirement orders.
~18 Jan 2023: Final out/start permissive/terminal.
23 Apr 2023: Last day on Active Duty!![]()
I checked my terminal leave days (the leave balance in Leaveweb-56.5) plus the 9 days I earn for the 3.75 extra months (Jan-Apr), added 30 for permissive then counted backwards (used the days between dates calendar-google-able). The day or so before permissive starts should be your last day at work/outprocessing/final out. Also I was placed on Permanent retirement so mine was labeled slightly differently and I saw actual permanent retirement orders. How did you figure out your final out/leave date? Did you lose any leave or have to sell any leave?
