I wanted to Post this to give others a chance to add any tips that might benifit others. Things that you have done that you noticed made something happen that other wise might have gone a few more days or weeks longer.

For instance something as little as what I do at every phase. When I am expecting a status update or to recieve a call for anything I call that office and either I ask the question point blank or sometimes I say that I recieved a phone call from this number. It usually forces them to look into it and actually has moved my name from not on their list of names to call at all to the front of the line. I know its not the most moral thing to do but I am taking my case into my own hands as much as I can.

If there are any other tips I would love to hear them and hopefully they help others too.

Make sure and get any and all information requested by your PEBLO in a timely manner.

Take advantage of this great resource (this website) I've learned ALOT by reading threads and other people's cases. It doesnt hurt to ask questions, learn as much about this process as you can.

I Could get in some serious trouble for this by your PEBLO but if you go to https://www.hrc.army.mil/TAGD/US Army Physical Disability Agency then you will see in one of the columns where you can choose one of the PEB Sites and when redirected all the way at the bottom it will say their number for example for fort lewis it will say as indicated at the bottom of my post. For those PEBLO's among us you can say not to all you want however I have called twice and no issues in fact the VA did not send my case for two weeks so I called they sent the request and low and behold Two days later there my rating were not awaiting my 199. All the long My PEBLO said theres no way to contact the PEB or find out whats going on if not in the system. After I called him i told him I did so and he got flustered as if I was going to get in trouble but I called again to find out if my Ratings had been recieved and they were there today when my PEBLO said it would take 21 days.

Whether Army, AirForce, Navy, Marines, or Coast Gaurd we are this nations BackBone and when the nation said whom shall I send we rose and said send me! Do not let anyone discourage you take charge of your own life and the things you have earned. You have the skills and the ability to figure out and overcome any obstacle through hard work and experience especially this IDES System where they make regular people like you and me out to be some high entity However as an NCO myself I have evaluated, rated, and made decisions for countless matters that are not to be taken lightly but have never been above reproach nor should any leader or person in a position of power be able to beyond reproach or unreachable either.
