Looks like you're having the same long process. It took you from Feb to July (5 months) to get started in the IDES. I am at 4 months and was told 1-2 more months before the PEBLO gets assigned because of "the holidays" (government employees). What location did they send you to for your IDES team (peblo, msc, etc)?
