Took 3 years and 6 months to get this letter today

After 3 years and half my case is being redirected to the ABCMR. I don’t know if this is good news or a disappointment.

I received the same letter just a few days ago. I think they sent a generic letter saying they are moving the case from the central point where they hold these until they are ready for review. I found a flow chart that shows this (See attached PDF). It goes from the Case Analysis (which has three small circles underneath) to ABCMR.
