I haven't called him yet. The person I spoke to on one of the other lines informed me about SFC Kirkpatrick. I will prob try him tomorrow morning...Did he answer your phone call by any chance?

They are in Virginia, so Eastern time. I assume normal duty hours.Stupid question but did they give hours and what time zone?
Yes. I actually signed my 199 way back on 29Dec. Along with that, however, I submitted a VA request for reconsideration on one of my ratings. That finally came back on 15 Feb with no change. So, since there was no change to my ratings and since I had previously signed my 199, no action was required by anyone other than the PEB and/or my PEBLO sending my packet to the PDA. The PEB and PEBLO were under the impression that the other sent the packet.Okay so the difference between us I would assume is the fact that i signed my initial proposed ratings, therefor when I took my 199 and paperwork to the transitions office here, they sent my paperwork up. This is what happened for me.
For you, the PEB thought your PEBLO sent it, and your PEBLO thought the PEB sent it, correct?
It seems like our duty stations run things slightly differently. I guess I will call the PDA now. Thank you!
I received an email from my PEBLO yesterday afternoon and she stated that when my VARR was completed back on 15 Feb, the PEB should have sent my packet directly to PDA since there was no change to my ratings and I had already signed my 199. Well, the PEB was expecting my PEBLO to forward my packet.
So, my packet was never actually sent up! I called PDA this morning and they received it this morning and said they would expedite processing it. I came down on TRANSPROC about an hour later!
another person posted this on a different post:What is the number for the PEB? I am now in the same issue. My PEBLO says it's the PEBs problem, and the PDA stated they didn't receive my packet. I am going into a meeting with my commander to call the PEB
Congrats on getting an increase on your ratings. My VARR took almost 6 weeks to come back to my PEBLO....that's where everything got out of whack for me. Hope your case hasn't got lost between the VA and the PEB...Congrats! Your situation now has me concerned for mine though, haha. I know my VARR was decided favorably and increased my percentage by 10% on the VA end. However my PEBLO said that he hasn't heard anything from the PEB yet. And on the down low I was able to have someone I know there check into it and she couldn't see my packet at the PEB. So now I'm wondering where it is and who is going to be processing it. Guess I'll just check in weekly and see if any progress is made haha. Happy to hear things have finally worked out for you!
So just to update, my PEBLO says the PEB has my packet and the PDA says they never got it, so it is obviously sitting at the PEB for the past month. The PEBLO said to "wait, because maybe it was not God's plan for you to get this job. Be patient." Therefore I have gotten my Commander to give her a 48 hour deadline to fix this, or we will be involving her superior, my BN Commander and CSM. This is absolute bullshit.
IG will also be getting involved to ensure that an "act of God" doesn't affect other soldiers.
My squad leader and commander both stated I reacted better than they would have, I basically just ignored her after that. I will let IG handle her, I am not even bothering with her anymore.Holy Hell. The God's plan comment would have made me flip out. I'm looking forward to working outside of the "not religious" Army.
Sorry for the late reply my time line looks something like this.
MEB Initiated: 17 August 2016
Case sent to PEB:10 November2016
Preliminary Findings (Fit/Unfit) Received: 30 November 2016
Signed 199: 23 January 2017
Still no update on the wait to get on the list
Everything was going to schedule according to the dashboard, besides the fact that holiday season delayed things a few weeks which is understandable. My case was going pretty smooth until this last bit. Ive signed my 199 23 jan and according to the dashboard the goal is 10 days. I just contacted my peblo and he advised me to go talk with a patient advocate and mace a formal complaint so I can have help fighting this fight. My packet has gone missing somewhere between the PEB and PDA supposibly. I will know more at end of day hopefully as my peblo says he is contacting the president of the board.Stealth- What was reason it took 3 months for you to have it sent to PEB? I will be complete with my QTC next Friday. How long did it take for them to create your NARSUM for you to sign and send off to PEB?
Yea I wish I COULD get a hold of the PEB... does anyone know if the line on their website could actually help at all? it says for general assistance and inquiries...So my case/packet has mysteriously gone missing too! Fantastic. I urge everyone to double and tripple check, with your peblo's, PEB and PDA!

Yes, I have a meeting with the Ombudsmen tomarrow 0900. Hoping go get this whole thing figured out.So just an FYI I know here at Bliss IG wont get involved if its with any IDES issues. I have a soldier that has been waiting on ratings since Nov. and he has ended up attempting suicide twice and my BN CDR/SGM went to IG over his "timeline" and IG said its a loss cause and that's what the ombudsmen is for.
