Other than C&P exams, when and/or what do you have to physically attend in IDES. Really don't want to go on orders as I have to pay it back to VA.

You don't have to go to the formal hearing. You can waive it. Whether that is a good idea or not depends on the facts of your case.
So I can do everything digitally then? But if I do have a Formal, I would definitely be there for that.
