Do you know an average time for the VA ratings to be complete?

So is the unfit for duty memo a real thing? I have never received anything like that, I just got my VA rating back from the VA and they have sent it to the PEB.
Does having your package sent to the VA for ratings automatically mean you are unfit, I have had very, very different answers from many people. Including (VA rep, PEBLO, AFC, Bosses etc.)

If you are AF, then yes, you have been found unfit. The package goes from IPEB to VA for ratings only after being found unfit. I highly suggest you call the Office of Airmen's Counsel. Do you know what your ratings are? How do you know they have been sent back to the PEB?
My PEB just received my ratings and they sent it back to the PEB. Still no official word on what the outcome is, some people have said it will definitely be unfit, some people say that I can still be found fit. So its an interesting thing.
I have 0 word, memo, rating, official anything saying I am unfit, even AFTER the VA has made a determination, on here it seems as if people have found out they are unfit before being sent to the VA.
I called them, they have no unfit decision at all. I even filed for legal assistance so I can have an attorney ready when I do get an unfit / fit decision.
I am Army, I asked my PEBLO about an UNFIT memo and she seemed clueless.
That's weird they are not tracking the unfity for duty memo because you get that and use it to clear CIF.
Same here Soon, not even the Airman's Council knew what I was talking about.
I am Army ; I received an UNFIT for duty memo on 24 Feb, 3 weeks after it was completed. This is after the VA has completed my ratings and sent it back to the PEB. The PEBLO stated that the new system is INOP and she received it through an email.
I recieved an unfit memo from my PEBLO 6 FEB.
