The article in the link is from last November. At this week's RWTF meeting, I discovered the Navy addressed the issue in a policy letter two week's later (attached). In addition, there may be an effort underway to scrub past "condition not a disability" discharges to identify members improperly separated. I will follow up with the POC in the policy letter to flush out the details and post the results here.
