I was discharged in 2003.
Navy officially got my letter requesting 1554 board December 1st 2011.
Formal board will be held February 29th 2012 in Washington D.C..
I just asked this week and the navy lawyer confirmed I am the first person to use this board that he knows of.
This board is different from 1554(A). This board is if you were discharged without a disability rating.
This board looks like it will be conducted as a formal PEB accept 5 officers instead of 3 will be in the hearing.
I am nervous. If anyone has advice on what to say that would be great.
