My timeline was a little bit weird because I had a BDD claim started before my IRILO was initiated. Currently waiting to hear back about my final ratings. Below is my detailed timeline so far.
12/28 - Started BDD claim process for upcoming separation
01/17 - IRILO Notification
02/01 - Completed first C&P, which included most exams (For BDD claim, unrelated to IDES process)
02/06 - Commander's impact statement sent to PEBLO
02/08 - Completed last C&P exam (BDD claim)
02/25 - IRILO NARSUM received and package being reviewed at Med Group
03/06 - IRILO sent to AFPC
03/12 - Response from AFPC asking if I wish to continue due to upcoming DOS, sent back response to continue
03/18 - Heard back from PEBLO, full MEB directed
03/19 - Sat down with PEBLO and MSC for initial briefings, started IDES claim (I had an open BDD claim from December, moved previous claims over to IDES claim)
03/26 - PEBLO received C&P exams (Same exams from BDD claim were used for IDES claim, these were sent to the VA on 02/28)
03/29 - Case moved to "Preparation for decision" on eBenefits and request for dependent documents opened
04/02 - Informed addendum to NARSUM received, local MEB complete
04/03 - Sat down to sign 618 and full MEB package sent to AFPC
04/05 - Confirmation from AFPC that MEB package was received
04/10 - VA received request for ratings
04/24 - eBenefits changed to "Pending decision approval"
04/25 - Heard from Providence that proposed ratings were completed on 04/24 and should hear back soon.
04/29 - Separate case opened on VA.gov with a begin date of 04/10 and closed 04/29, benefits decision sent. Original IDES claim open and still marked "Pending decision approval"
