Posting my timeline since I don’t see many USAR cases for TPU soldiers. Had less than 10 claims, 3 of which were all audiology.

P3 Profile and referred to NDR-PEB - March 2025
IDRM Denied July 2025
LOD Approved October 2025
Changed to ILOD MEB/PEB
PEBLO and MSC first contact November 2025
VA Exams 15 DEC 25 - 1 JAN 26
Narsum Received 2 FEB 2026
Narsum Signed and Returned 3 FEB 26
PEB Accepted Case - 4 FEB 26

Currently still pending PEB Vote 1. Va claim tracker showing step 5/8 on app (preparation for decision - Seattle TJ) since 3 FEB 26. Hoping for some movement on ratings soon!

In my case the Va requested a records review for 2 minor conditions, so I’m waiting on that to be completed before the Va can send my proposed ratings back to the PEB
 
27 FEB 26 - Claim assigned to rater (allegedly).

Might have some movement from the VA side. I was told after (2) VERA calls that my claim was assigned to an individual rater (one said yesterday and one said today).
 
We're pretty much on the same timeline. Only took the VA a week after my PEB acceptance.

June 6, 2025 - P3 Assigned
November 25, 2025 - PEBLO reach out
November 26, 2025 - IDES brief / Counseling
December 2, 2025 - Exams Scheduled
December 9, 2025 to January 8, 2026 - VA Exams
February 9, 2026 - NARSUM Completed
February 11, 2026 - NARSUM Signed/Concurred
February 11, 2026 - NARSUM sent to PEB
February 16, 2026 - VA website says "Preparing Decision Letter"
February 18, 2026 - VA decision letter posted, 10% VA for back, asked for separate claim for tinnitus.
