I did a sleep study a while back for sleep apnea but was told I didn't have any episodes of it. I did snore a lot so my pulmonary doctor put me in for a CPAP which I been using for almost 8 months do to the snoring. My question is I did not claim this, will this even be something I could claim?

So apnea with a CPAP is a 50% rating through the VA, I received it without much hassle. I don't know a lot about cpap's though so I can't really say if they will rate it without a being diagnosed with apnea. I would absolutely file to add it to your VA claim as soon as you can and would get clarification from your doc on if you have apnea or not, and maybe request another sleep study for clarification.

You will need a sleep study conducted to receive the award. Yes, you should claim it.

I did have the sleep study already and had zero apnea episodes
Was told I snore a lot and that is why I was given the CPAP machine to help with the snoring.

You must have sleep apnea diagnosed and not just snoring. It does not matter if it is mild/moderate/severe apnea but you must have a diagnoses to get 50% VA rating.
