Been a lurker on these forums for about a year now and it's finally my time to post.
To start out with, I selected LDES instead of IDES. My main reason for this was that I did not know originally that I was going to be referred to PEB. As I was approaching my EAS I submitted a BDD claim with the VA. By the time I was referred to the PEB I had already completed all of my C&P exams and my disability claim was fully underway. That being the case, my PEBLO and attorney agreed that LDES would probably be the better option for me and possibly be quicker. Spoiler: it wasn't quicker.
Referred to PEB: 30 June 2021
NARSUM received: 09 August 2021
NMA received: 23 August 2021
Package sent to PEB: 26 August 2021
Accepted by PEB: No MOL notification because LDES
Medical Officer: 04 October 2021
Attorney says findings arrived: 25 March 2022
Signed findings: ???
EAS updates: ???
So far my attorney has emailed me today saying my findings are in and that I was found unfit. He says that the "findings PEBLO" should be calling me today or some time next week. Three referred conditions which were all mental health. I will update this thread as more info comes.
