Currently on day 90 at IPEB. Package sent from PEBLO to Washington DC PEB on June 15, 2017.
No decent answer from PEBLO other than my package is waiting on "final doc" to review it. Has not been adjucated, no ratings, no paperwork and no movement on ebenifits/vets.gov. Still at Review of evidence stage with VA.
I have beat the PEBLO up weekly, Called the PEB directly once a week, called the VA multiple times, spoken directly with the IDES Manager who is basically the supervisor above the PEBLO, and spoken with the IDES Lawyer. No answers anywhere as to why this is taking so long or what's going on.
I would like to know who else I can contact. Anybody have any experience? I'm at the IDES center Camp Lejeune, NC.
I Tried to use ICE but there is no link for the IPEB itself, just the attorneys office there at the Navy Yard.
I'm about to contact my congressman but I understand you don't want to go to the top first.
