While the 2026 NDAA approved TERA through 2030, the USMC now says it does not apply to DES ratings, force shaping only.

WOW! Thanks for letting us all know. The marines was the hold out. The other branches did not have that exception. So it looks like now every branch is in the same boat. Need that DOD 30% or to hit 20 years or you are screwed.
