VA Claims closed but need more QTC medical opinion?

So my claims on VA.gov changed to closed on 22 March but I received an email saying I needed more QTC exams.
(VA and QTC says it’s just documentation review/medical opinion). The opinions are on non-referred conditions.

My MSC told me last week my proposed VA rating and VA hotline says they sent me proposal letter already...

Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen and/or know if this delays the DA199/transition? My MSC says he can see the overall VA proposed rating.

By any chance do you have any update on your status? I received my proposed VA rating on 24 April and I also received a QTC appointment saying the same thing as you. I am worried that it might affect anything. Thanks in advance

same for me. my lawyer said this is not unusual and it shouldnt slow anything down. the proposal letter does not include the extra stuff they want to see apparently

Yeah it was just a medical opinion review of things non-referred conditions and likely will only add percentages, not take away since it was undecided on the 3 reviews. Can help, likely won’t hurt.
