I figured I would get the same percentage as well but c&p examiner never did the rom test with me so I paid to have another redone by a physical therapy placeI had surgery on both hips. I received DOD rating of 10% for left hip and 10% for right hip.

Damn boss, I’m sorry to hear that. They sure took their time telling you that. Maybe it’s in your benefit cause the last one was trash. Or maybe you’re so messed up they can’t believe it, maybe some discrepancies. I wish I had an answer.got an update from VBA that I need to go for another C&P. All my C&P were completed in April for all my conditions, Found unfit on June 9th, got another message from VBA early in Aug that I needed to go complete CECS C&P which was completed on Aug 17th. Now they are asking for another C&P exam again but I don’t know for which condition yet.

I was going to try to get my bh added to my unfit conditions but after eating this long for ratings I’m not so sure I want to wait another year for fpebJust making sure you got everything you were owed, didn’t know if you had additional conditions.
Yeah honestly that’s the one thing I haven’t been able to understand is getting additional conditions added that make you unfit without ruining your entire process. Like if you have a mental health condition and it gets worse while waiting to the point of another P3 profile but it’s already documented and has a DBQ. I do know that, initially the IPEB decisions is just a place holder to get your file to the VA. They don’t make a final ruling on everything that’s unfit or whatever until ratings come back

unfortunately I have a something else in my situation that came up which I should probably create another thread for but I was just flagged by HRC due to a officer promotion hold. As a disclaimer I am not proud of this but two years ago I was given a permanent GOMAR with no follow on admin actions, which triggered a PRB from HRC. I declined it knowing I was I going to leave the Army anyways. My MEB was initiated for mental health reasons early this year in 2025 same time my declination for promotion was approved and my HQDA flag was removed. My command was okay with my separation via MEB and didn’t push for invol separation but today I got hit again with an HQDA flag for promotions which I intend to decline again but I’m not sure since I am twice non select if this will halt my PEB since the possibility of me being sent to a retention board. Overall I’m just desperate to know what to do now.
I’d talk to your PEBLO or soldiers counsel, because the MEB could possibly take precedence as it gives reasoning as to why you haven’t attempted promotion. I’m not entirely sure if it counts as “legal action” but it sounds like it could affect your MEB. Checked VA online and saw a new compensation claim that says we received ur claim on Oct 2 and it moved to step 5of 5 the same day saying we have made a decision on your case. Peblo sent me a message that it seems the VA have started working on my case and there’s a movement on it but due to the Furlough there might be more delays as most offices are short staffed. I understand you don’t want to believe a random guy on a forum, but look in any other thread for any other branch. The VA is done with you man! That’s the only notification we people get from the VA. To be sure, I would call the Hotline on like Wednesday-Thursday and maybe even try to sweet talk them into emailing your ratings to you, but you should hear “ratings have been finalized.” Furloughs could affect things maybe I’m not sure because the VA is fully staffed I’d expect a hold up more Army side if anything.I hope so, honestly I can’t wait.
