Same as above....I signed NARSUM 26 Sep and haven't heard anything until I got an appt this past Friday for a new C&P exam which I was told is because of the Ingram law. My appt was literally less than 10 minutes and was asked the same questions as all my other exams for flat feet. I've had literally 12 exams and just in limbo now, like the rest of us it seems.

Damn, I am over here just trying to learn as much as I can before I get my ratings. If they give me 30 DOD that's all I want. Same as everyone else I am assuming. Hopefully you get yours soon!

What branch? I was active Army for 8 years and I am a technician now in the NG so I am finally getting my MEB cause active just sent me on my way and I was too dumb to realize the benefits I could've gotten. But at least I am fighting the fight now. I am 90 with the VA but have been fighting with them since 2020....

Make sure to gather and keep all your documents and medical records. Some are on Tricare website under the new Genesis portal....just FYI

I got an email for a c&p exam and went to my appt last Friday the 24th. My VA app says my claim is closed as of yesterday but now I guess I am waiting for my DA 199. I am going to call the VA today and try and see if I can get someone to send me the DBQ from my last appt and also try and snag my rating proposal. Have you had your new exam scheduled? When I got the email saying I have a future appt for the new (Ingram law) I called the third party vendor directly to schedule my appt.
Still waiting to get the exams scheduled as of 27Oct when I was originally notified. Every time I call the contractor or VA they just say they’re still prepping for the exam and I might not even have to go in person. Maybe a phone call to check if I’m taking any medication for the condition.
Well that might be easier then. How fare are you in the process? I am still in the IPEB stage according to my PEBLO.
Same my case has been closed on the VA app as of 22OCT and the VA states they sent it to the PEB on the 23rd. Still no DA199. I’ve had my NARSUM signed and sent since 18JUN..
Man thats a long waiting game. Are you active? I am currently in the NG but I have been fighting with the VA since I left active in 2020. It took me 5 years to get to 90 VA but luckilly I am being boarded through the Guard side and I am also a federal technician so that helps too. I just have a feeling they are going to try and low ball me so I hope I don't have to appeal. I wonder if its taken so long for you because of how many things are being claimed? As far me I know I am only being boarded for feet issues cause I didn't want them to mess the ratings I fought so hard to get over the past 5 years.
Same situation. I called VES again today and they said it will be made within 30 days window.
All my C&P exams were done in June, and I don’t know if I can even get out early next year. I’m the only MOS in my BDE and I feel bad for my people it’s also been delayed they’re getting my replacement.
I’ve called optum serve multiple times they just tell me they don’t have appointment order for me through the Va

How long (generally) is the wait time b/w your last exam and being able to view/be counseled on the NARSUM?
Also, who would be the POC to get the summaries of your VA exams? I thought I read on this forum that they are on the VA website, but I could not find them. Maybe the VA MSC? Or PEBLO would have the write-ups to view?

For me, recently (this year), my exams were done in mid-April, and Narsum was available in late June. You won't be able to see the C&p results until you get your narsum, they will all be on there.
Your Peblo should be the one that should be able to get the DBQ's which would show what the examiners wrote in the notes. I believe the MSC can also gather documents. I recenlty tried to gather my DBQ's straight from the VA but you have to fill out a form (basically a FOIA request).
Have you tried calling the VA to ask about the exam? I have done that in the past and it got the ball rolling on an exam through third party vendors.
