VA inaccuracies in paperwork

I reviewed all the paperwork completed by the VA and there are a lot of inaccurate things. Some of my paperwork stated there were no surgeries completed and certain area were not affected. Potentially reduced my rating from 50 to 30 if going by the CFR. I have paperwork in my medical record documenting the surgery, the diagnoses, and the biopsy.
Why would they do this?

You can upload a VA Form 21-4138 which is a statement in support of a claim and point out those discrepancies. Just login to VA.gov and find the claim and upload it. It's a lot easier to get this corrected before they give a proposed rating. If that rating is your unfitting condition you can do a VARR later on in the process but I highly recommend trying to get it fixed as early in the process as possible.

My PEBLO told me I had to wait until after the VA provided the ratings , and then file a VAR. I am still active, would this affect my timeline of getting out ?

It is not my unfitting condition, but something I claimed.

Then definitely upload VA Form 21-4138 and dispute any inaccuracies since you can't do a VARR on conditions that aren't unfitting. PEBLO's sadly don't know the process well and are just paper pushers. Don't rely on them for any information during the process. That's how people get screwed. They rely on others who don't know anything. If you don't upload VA Form 21-4138 you will have to wait until you get out and for your rating to be final before you can dispute them with the VA.

Mine was completely jacked up too. Almost as if he just uploaded a completely different person's exam. Measured my back at 60deg forward flexion and I provided exams and paperwork saying around 10deg. Also a difference between 20 and 40% DOD.

I uploaded the VA form 21-4138 as recommended here and by my attorney. Also got a new DBQ filled out by my PT and uploaded that.
