All,

I saw the VA person today who found ELEVEN different things in my record to rate (after 18 years). Apparently, I will be going to some of there doctors for some check-rides, and I wanted to get everyones thoughts.
1. I didn't realize I'd accumulated so much crap over the years
2. I'm trying to stay in to finish my 20, should I continue to downplay these things?
3. Here are the things (that I remember) they are looking at:
  • Hearing Loss- pretty cut and dry, I'm in hearing aids and the chart gives me 30%
  • Tinnitus (40db at 6000Hz)
  • Old plantar fasciatis in both feet..a few years old
  • Achilles Tendonitis (yes, both injuries of distance running)
  • Thumb that dislocates on occasion...I'm getting used that one.
  • migraines
  • epilepsy(referred condition)
  • Torn Rhomboid -- I still have nerve damage, not sure how to relay it though since(like all of these issues) I pretty much just report it, get some treatment, then dealt with whatever was left over.
  • Back pain (doesn't everyone have this?)

Need some recommendations from the Varsity team on this... (and am I actually going to see 11 different doctors for evaluation)

Lost,

You won't be seeing 11 different doctors. I had more conditions list than you and only saw 4. From the looks of it, you will probably see GP, neuro, ENT.

I had over 22 different conditions and only saw 2 drs. Still waiting on the referral to get my hearing checked. Should I be seeing more docs?
