Question.. I have been seeing people say they can see their claim status online I am active duty and going through a MEB I am currently at the stage where my case is at the VA for my ratings and I cant see anything in the app or the VA website. Is this normal? They said I have an open case I confirmed that. Also, I called the VA ad they said that I shouldn't be able to see it I'm supposed to go through my PEBLO for updates. But with people saying they can see it on here I'm confused.

You can see your exam stuff on TRICARE online through the MHS genesis portal. It should show the things your examiner marked. Your VA ratings are only given to the board
