VA Proposed Ratings (VA Package)

My VA ratings are done and sent back to the PEB. I was told by a VA rep that they sent me a package on my preliminary ratings. Anyone know anything about this? Has anyone actually received a package from the VA with proposed ratings? Just curious as I haven't really heard much on this and also to know if to expect a package.

I spoke with providence too and they said they sent it to me as well. I'll check the mail and let you know if it comes to my house
 
You can ask them to fax you your proposed ratings. I have gotten proposed rating twice and nothing came to the house. It goes to the PEB and your PEBLO.
 
You can also ask that they be mailed directly to you. I have not heard of anyone getting the proposed ratings sent to them without specifically asking the VA directly to do so.
 
The VA told me the same thing, but when I spoke to my PEBLO she said the proposed ratings do not actually get sent to your home. The notification is sent to the PEBLO when the VA finishes ratings and sends it back to PEB. Once the PEB confirmed it only took me a couple days to get my ratings.
 
Ratings are in....30 DOD/ 100 VA----woot!
 
Congrats! Can you tell if it's P&T or not. If so, how?

What's the next move?
 
I thinks it's P&T just because it talked about Chpt. 35 benefits. I dunno though
 
Thanks for the replies, and congrats landoFE and jl13! Seems like you guys both signed 199 few days after VA completed your ratings. jl13, how did you know PEB received your proposed ratings? Did you call to verify? Also, does the PEBLO get notified of 199 or they have to look through the system to see and download it. I ask so I know if to start calling my PEBLO.

Are you able to break down the diagnosis and % and let us know what the DOD went with?

Thank you! Once my claim went historical on ebenfits I contacted my PEBLO. She then checked the system and told me the proposed VA rating while it was waiting on PEB confirmation. At that stage they can't see the breakdown or DOD rating. She said she has to check the system and does so 3 times a day to see if the 199 is back.
 
Ok.. It's been about 10 days mine went historical so I'd be contacting her on Monday for sure. Hoping for good news.

Can u pm me? I'm currently going through my meb for migraines as well and would just like some insight and pointers if u have any. My peblo is sending my case to VA this week. So I haven't seen them yet.
 
@Camp P Marine and @landoFE. I am sorry, I am sure that this is something that I should already know but I noticed where you guys mentioned P&T and I was just curious as to what that is. Something tells me I know the answer but I just can't think of it. Thank you.
 
Can anyone share how their "Proposed VA Ratings" and final ratings matched up? I have just received my "Proposed Ratings", but curious how much weight they hold in comparison to the final number I will receive, once DoD finishes up my PEB. Thanks!
 
No idea. I'm curious as well since I am 100% P&T proposed...
