Hello everyone.

I went to ebenefits to check my claim status and when I looked it said it requires a DD214 or other separation documents, then another claim appeared on the July 9th and it said that one was complete and the eating were sent out. Does anyone know why a second claim showed up when my initial one still says it's in review?
 
The 2nd claim is for finalization once they get a copy of your DD-214. It won't close out until after you have been discharged.

That being said, don't forget to give your MSC a copy of your DD-214 once you get it before you leave.
 
That's the weird thing. I haven't been informed of any results of my PEB yet so I still don't know if I am getting separated or not.
 
I suspect you will be informed soon.
 
I was informed of my finding on 27 JUL 18. I was found unfit. Separation with severance pay. VA rating of 90%.
