my va rep told me peb is taking to long to come up with unfit/fit decision and to contact my state congressman

Interesting. How long have you been waiting? Mine took 6 weeks, which was pretty long for what my PEBLOs expected. But they said that the PEB is really backed up right now. They said it usually takes 2 weeks, and possibly could take 3. AF here.

I would maybe wait another week or so. Also, I have seen on here that there is some sort of system switch over that is slowing things down. The switch over is supposed to be finished 8 Dec.
 
I'm navy and my Peblo don't tell me anything so I stopped asking
 
I'm a Marine and I'm at 49 days, still don't know if I'm fit or unfit.

They literately dont tell you until further into the med board. I had to ask. If your peblo isnt doing their job go to their boss. Everyone has a boss
 
Historically, this is not a long time to get a result. That aside, it is a horrible idea to seek Congressional assistance in order to "speed things up." It only slows things as it takes the responding official requesting a copy of the case, reviewing it, and informing the member of Congress (via the liaison) of the situation. I have, as a JAG, been the responding official and it almost always slows things down and does not speed things up.

That is my input. Feel free to accept or ignore my input.
 
Update on day 50. Notified by my PEBLO that I was Found Presumed Fit.
 
Now I'm at the QA phase what does that mean am I unfit or not
