VARR question

My husbands case went to pending decision approval with the VA a few days ago. If he challenges the rating, the one time VARR is that when you get a lawyer involved? I just want to make sure we are prepared for the next step. His opinion is that we would go straight to San Antonio to meet with a jag lawyer to fight the VS decision and then get help with the DOD after?

Yes! if you are Air Force .. the OAC at randolph air force base will help you prepare your VARR documents to submit to the VA.
